End User Licence Agreement

Welcome to Vortex Browser. By using our app, you agree to the following End User Licence Agreement. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Licence

By downloading, accessing, or using Vortex Browser, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these End User Licence Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app.

2. User Responsibilities

As an user of Vortex Browser, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and be responsible for all activities under your account.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the app.
• Refrain from using the app for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purposes.

3. Account Information

You must ensure that the information provided during registration remains accurate and up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

4. Payment

By using paid services within the app, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined in the Apple End User License Agreement (EULA). All transactions are processed securely through the App Store.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the image generation process has started. Our service providers incur high costs for VPN servers, and this policy ensures sustainability of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you:

• Violate these End User Licence Agreement.
• Engage in activities that harm other users or disrupt the service.
• Use the app in a fraudulent or abusive manner.

Termination of your account does not entitle you to any refunds.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vortex Browser is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or interruptions resulting from the use of the app.

9. Governing Law

These End User Licence Agreement are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable U.S. laws.

10. Changes to Licence

We reserve the right to modify these End User Licence Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted within the app, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
